Educational Background
India where she completed her schooling from Carmel Junior College, as the ISC School Topper in 2014. She went on to pursue her passion in Economics (Bachelor of Science) from Loreto College, Kolkata, graduating as a Gold Medalist for her academic excellence and extraordinary contributions to her college life. She then moved to the UK in 2017 for her postgraduate studies in Development Economics and Policy (Master of Science with a distinction.
A meritorious academician throughout with an inherent flair for writing, that won her several accolades at regional and national levels.
Professional Experience
She took up the job of a diplomat at the age of 22 as the only Indian candidate in the UK Civil Service and has worked as a Diplomat with their Department for Business and Trade for more than six years, leading on designing and implementing novel national trade policy, key international relations and trade negotiations. This experience sharpened her skills in strategic communication, stakeholder management, and public speaking. As one of the very few international candidates for her job in the UK, she has been recognised on several occasions for her exemplary leadership in unprecedented times of national policy making.
She has also made a wider contribution to societal transformation through her proactive engagement in sustainability matters, inspiring the youth through numerous speaker sessions on uncharted career paths and the importance of youth representation in leadership.

With a rich background international government service as a diplomat and a passion for youth empowerment, Koyesha has transitioned from a successful government career to spearheading initiatives that inspire and equip young individuals worldwide.

In 2024, Koyesha made a pivotal career transition, leaving her government position to establish The Leading You^nth, aiming to address the global need for youth leadership development.
As the Founder and CEO of The Leading You^nth, Koyesha spearheads initiatives that upskill young people through customized mentorship programs, leadership skills training sessions, international educational trips and inspirational speaker engagements.
As a motivational youth leadership speaker, she has delivered numerous sessions in London and India, sharing her journey from an introverted student to an international youth leadership speaker. Koyesha focuses on cultivating leadership skills, fostering personal growth, and empowering young people to navigate the complexities of today’s global landscape.
Through The Leading You^nth, she is on a mission to bridge the soft skills gap, equipping young leaders with the tools they need to make a difference. Koyesha is passionate about creating a ripple effect of positive change, guiding the next wave of leaders to unlock their potential and drive impactful transformation in their communities and beyond.
